My time in Hallie Warner’s Cohort these past 6 months is already paying dividends. At the beginning of our time together, I set a goal of becoming more confident in my role as an Executive Assistant. Coming together with like-minded Executive Assistants and Chiefs of Staff has elevated how I view my current role. Hallie is attentive to questions in and out of class and creates an easy atmosphere to question and learn. Hallie’s data-rich virtual meetings helped me begin to view my role not only as a support for my executive but as a leader who has the capacity to become a Chief of Staff.

The growth your program presented to me was so profound both personally and professionally... and truly showed me how intertwined those things are. I loved the way you presented thought-provoking conversation & shared your personal journey as part of our discussions. The growth I experienced allowed me not only to obtain a 30% raise back in July, but also helped me reconnect to my passion of being an EA. This passion will serve me well in my new role as EA to the CEO of a technology company.

Hallie is an incredible leader who I had the honor to be a client of her coaching for the past six months. She is someone always looking to pour into anyone that will allow her. Hallie also has the ability to assist you in thinking bigger, asking deeper questions and challenging one's self to be even just a little bit better each and every day. Hallie is someone who truly cares and listens when spoken to before responding. If you have the chance to ever be in the same room with such an amazing leader, I would highly suggest taking it.

Having experienced a number of learning opportunities to advance in my career, none have been as impactful as the time I spent in Hallie's Force Multiplier Cohort... The immediate impact of Hallie's coaching has been a raise and a promotion that I received by showing my increased expertise. The ongoing impact will continue to be evident in my performance. And the most appreciated outcome has been Hallie's ability to cultivate my desire to continue learning, which will be a lifetime of impact.

Hallie has an amazing ability to make you think and see outside your perspective. Throughout the Cohort I watched as she asked questions that got everyone thinking beyond their normal scope. She is able to take complete strangers, introduce them and help to facilitate a strong cooperative bond in which we were invested in everyone’s personal and professional triumphs.
